Location:                Springdale, Arkansas

Employment Type: Full-time

Shifts:                     Monday - Friday 7:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. OR 7:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.

                                Friday - Monday - 8:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m. w/ incentive pay

                                Higher Salary and commission for weekend position!

Logistics Coordinator Job Description

The Logistics Coordinator is responsible for providing top-level customer service to retain and build relationships with carriers and customers, while meeting revenue and profit margin goals.  If you are eager to achieve your full potential and join a winning brokerage, apply today to be a part of a growing company.

Logistics Coordinator Responsibilities

  • Identify and select reputable and safe carriers for freight services

  • Negotiate rates with carriers

  • Provide customers with shipping quotes

  • Book orders with carriers and assist with preparing carriers for loads

  • Track and communicate the status of loads

  • Collaborate with shippers, carriers, and dispatchers to manage scheduled collections and drop-offs
