Corusconsulting is looking for a IT Integration PMO / M&A Transformation PMO

About the Opportunity

We are supporting a major post-acquisition integration program within a global logistics organization and are looking for an experienced IT Integration PMO to help drive the successful convergence of people, processes, and technology platforms.

This role offers exposure to a highly visible, multinational transformation initiative involving senior business and IT stakeholders across multiple regions.


Key Responsibilities

The selected candidate will play a central role in the governance and execution of the integration program by:

  • Supporting the overall management of a large-scale IT integration portfolio.
  • Coordinating multiple workstreams across business and technology teams.
  • Establishing and maintaining program governance processes and reporting frameworks.
  • Creating executive dashboards, KPI tracking, and status reporting.
  • Identifying and managing program risks, dependencies, issues, and mitigation plans.
  • Preparing governance meetings, steering committees, and executive reviews.
  • Ensuring alignment between business stakeholders, IT teams, vendors, and external partners.
  • Supporting application consolidation and process harmonization initiatives.
  • Contributing to change management and communication efforts throughout the integration lifecycle.

Required Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in PMO, Program Management, or Project Management roles.
  • Proven experience supporting large-scale IT transformation programs.
  • Previous experience in M&A integration, merger programs, acquisitions, or organizational integration initiatives is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of project governance and portfolio management methodologies.
  • Ability to interact with senior leadership and executive stakeholders.
  • Experience working within global and matrix organizations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
