KITTY HAWK KITES Teaching the World to Fly Since 1974 Job Description: Events Team Member Position Type: Seasonal, with potential for full-time employment at the end of the season (September) Reports to: Events Assistant Manager | Department: Marketing - Events Position Summary The Events Team Member supports the day-to-day execution of Kitty Hawk Kites events - from setup through teardown - delivering a great guest experience at community events, festivals, and in-store activations. This is a seasonal role with the opportunity to transition into full-time employment based on performance and business need at the end of the season. Key Responsibilities Assist with event setup, breakdown, and on-site logistics Support activations at company-hosted and community events (festivals, Kids Days, sponsorship events, etc.) Engage with guests in a friendly, brand-aligned manner during events Distribute marketing materials (flyers, rack cards, adventure guides) to assigned locations Support retail store teams during high-traffic event periods Assist with warehouse and inventory support related to event materials and supplies Report any on-site issues, guest feedback, or operational concerns to the Events Assistant Manager Follow event-day safety procedures and brand standards Kitty Hawk Kites, Inc is an Equal Opportunity Employer
