  • Account Growth & Cross-Sell Strategy
    • Identify opportunities for cross-selling Odyssey's broader portfolio (Intermodal, Trucking/Brokerage, Warehousing, and Technology Services) to enhance client value and drive profitability.
    • Analyze liquid bulk market trends and client data to identify retention and expansion opportunities, and develop strategic account plans that strengthen retention, expand wallet share, and grow revenue.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration & Advocacy
    • Collaborate with the Director, Account Management, Operations, and Sales to develop and execute account plans that meet client requirements.
    • Address client issues promptly and advocate for client needs internally, ensuring feedback informs service improvements.
  • Performance Tracking & Reporting
    • Track and analyze account performance metrics, providing regular updates on retention, expansion, and cross-sell performance to leadership.
    • Ensure accurate, timely entry of account-related information in Salesforce, and represent Odyssey's liquid bulk capabilities in client meetings and presentations.

What You Bring:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in account management, sales, or customer service within bulk liquid logistics, chemicals, tank intermodal, or related supply chain industries
  • Strong relationship management skills, with a proven track record of growing client accounts and driving high levels of collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
  • Excellent analytical, verbal, written, and presentation skills, with proficiency in Salesforce, PowerPoint, Excel, and other MS Office tools
  • Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, and to proactively identify and resolve issues
