The Role
Work Model: Onsite
Work Schedule: Approximately 40 hours per week; overtime as required

Reports to: Manager, Operations
Summary / Primary Role
The Inventory Specialist II is responsible for receiving, storing, organizing, and issuing materials and equipment within the warehouse. This role maintains accurate inventory records, performs inventory checks and cycle counts, investigates discrepancies, and supports safe and efficient warehouse operations.
What You'll Do
We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable warehouse professional who can maintain inventory accuracy, safely handle and organize materials, and support daily warehouse operations.
Inventory Management & Accuracy
  • Verify inventory records against physical stock counts and investigate discrepancies.
  • Assist with cycle counts, inventory checks, stock reporting, and inventory adjustments.
  • Maintain records on stock usage, damage, and inventory handling equipment.

Warehouse Operations
  • Receive, store, locate, relocate, label, and organize inventory and materials.
  • Inspect stock for damage or defects and report issues to management.
  • Maintain clean, organized, and safe storage and work areas.

Material Handling & Compliance
  • Operate warehouse equipment and obtain internal Scissor Lift Certification within the first 90 days of employment.
  • Support material disposal activities, EPA reporting, disposal reports, empty container tracking, and WMS charge entries.
  • Follow all applicable safety, sanitation, and clean room procedures when required.

What You Bring
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Ability to obtain internal Scissor Lift Certification within the first 90 days of employment.
  • Hazardous materials knowledge preferred.
  • Forklift experience preferred.
  • GMP knowledge preferred.
  • Food Safety, Food Defense, and HACCP knowledge preferred.
  • Experience using barcode scanners preferred.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and time management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team while demonstrating accountability, reliability, professionalism, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a warehouse or production environment and perform physical job duties, including lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs.

Base Pay Range: $17.00-$18.00 per hour

As required by applicable Pay Transparency laws, Odyssey provides a range of minimum compensation for roles that may be hired in locations under these requirements. Factors that may be used to determine your actual salary may include your specific skills and experience, geographic location, or other relevant factors.
No relocation allowance will be considered unless specifically addressed. All applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States.
