- Build and nurture long-term relationships with customers

- Build operations team to further success of account
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity
- Negotiate rates and terms to optimize service quality
- Monitor carrier performance to ensure excellent service
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure operational excellence
- Track market trends and carrier availability to make data-driven decisions

- Prior customer service skills
