 Job Summary

The Warehouse Operations Coordinator is a hands-on, on-site working role that bridges virtual logistics planning with physical warehouse execution. This position handles daily receiving, check-ins, labeling, sample building, high-detail inventory tasks, spent barrel preparation, and pallet management while working closely with the Logistics Operations Specialist (Virtual) to align physical reality with system records through proactive communication and cycle counting.

  • Execute accurate receiving, dock coordination, and outbound preparation to keep product flowing smoothly.
  • Build sample orders and perform high-detail physical tasks (pallet counting, spent barrel prep, labeling) with precision.
  • Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and close collaboration with the virtual logistics team.
  • Serve as the daily on-floor point person, aligning physical operations with virtual plans and escalating issues promptly.
  • Support team readiness and organization while upholding safety and GMP standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and act in a manner consistent with our Mission, Vision & Values
  • Check in arriving truck drivers, confirm dock appointments, alert the team on requirements, and handle receiving processes.
  • Print labels for incoming and outgoing pallets; assist with organizing placement and high-detail labeling tasks.
  • Accept sample orders (after entry by the Logistics Operations Specialist (Virtual)), build them for pickup, send confirmations, and coordinate timely preparation with the team.
  • Prepare spent barrel deliveries and pickups, including accurate documentation and staging.
  • Perform pallet counting (including identification and preparation of bad pallets for return/shipment).
  • Conduct cycle counts and other high-detail hands-on inventory tasks; work closely with the Logistics Operations Specialist (Virtual) to reconcile physical counts with system records.
  • Create new labels as needed, move small items (e.g., bottle labels) to proper bins, and complete end-of-day warehouse organization tasks.
  • Operate a forklift as needed to support loading, unloading, urgent moves, or order building.
  • Help clear lanes, prepare the warehouse for the next day, and act as the visible daily point person for the logistics team.
  • Maintain strong, ongoing communication with the virtual logistics team to bring physical realities (counts, conditions, issues) in line with virtual plans and records.
  • Assist with monthly Microstar/keg physical counts and inventory count sheets while upholding high accuracy standards.
  • Maintain compliance with all safety, food-safety, and GMP standards.

Required Qualifications

  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and teamwork in a fast-paced warehouse setting.
  • Ability to multitask, communicate clearly, and partner effectively with remote team members.
  • Forklift experience (or ability to obtain certification) and comfort performing physical tasks.
  • Proficiency with basic ERP/WMS functions and a proactive mindset for reconciling physical vs. system data.
  • Commitment to safety, GMP compliance, and high-accuracy work.

Work Environment

  • Fast-paced production setting with strict safety, sanitation, and accuracy expectations.
