Summary:

TheTalent Acquisition Sourcing Strategist works closely with our Talent Acquisition Managers, Talent Acquisition Consultants,Hiring Managers and Executive leadership to develop creative strategies to identify passive talent.TheSourcer will be required to develop practical and creative ways to identify leading qualified talent and attract passive candidates through a highly engaged approach.
This position will be instrumental to help to define, design and implement recruiting programs and search engagements for a variety of roles, understanding and mapping the talent landscape, internal calibration and referrals, and matching those data points with the external talent supply.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Create, define sourcing strategies working with TA, TA leaders, HR/BP's and Hiring Leaders to source a passive, diverse slate of candidates.
  • Attend and participate in calibration meetings
  • Source and qualify passive candidates aligned to specific requisitions utilizing current tools; focusing on a diverse slate of candidates
  • Track candidates utilizing our CRM and ATS system - meeting all administrative responsibilities of the role
  • Ongoing/consistent follow up with TA Consultant and TA manager on search status
  • Other duties as assigned

Basic Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2plus years of Recruitment or Sourcing with Talent Acquisition
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sourcing passive candidates through various tools and Boolean searches
  • Experience in Workday is a plus
  • Experience using a CRM required
  • Demonstrated track record of building working relationships with hiring leaders and cross-functional partners
  • Excellent communication skills (written, verbal and presentations)

Compensation Range:

$49,925-$92,575 annually

The compensation range represents the anticipated low and high end of the base compensation range for this position. Actual compensation will vary based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and education. Colleagues in this position are also eligible to participate in an applicable incentive compensation plan. In addition, Huntington provides a variety of benefits to colleagues, including health insurance coverage, wellness program, life and disability insurance, retirement savings plan, paid leave programs, paid holidays and paid time off (PTO).
