TA Partner – Hill’s Pet Nutrition – Overland Park, Kansas, United States

Job Overview

The TA Partner will support full‑life‑cycle recruiting for Hill’s Pet Nutrition professional roles and act as a strategic advisor to internal clients, leveraging TA expertise, data storytelling, and business acumen to deliver impactful hiring outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Manage full‑cycle professional recruitment, from intake to offer acceptance, focusing on efficiency and quality of hire.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define candidate profiles, develop competitive selling points, and implement consistent assessment strategies based on labor market research.
  • Drive continuous improvement of the talent acquisition process by identifying gaps and proposing solutions that enhance the experience for candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers.
  • Act as a strategic advisor to HR and business leaders, using market and talent insights to guide sourcing strategies and candidate requirements, and deliver quarterly recruitment updates to leadership.
  • Participate in annual Talent Acquisition projects, including process optimization, technology reviews, and implementation of new tools and capabilities.
  • Execute innovative sourcing strategies (e.g., LinkedIn Talent Insights) to engage passive talent, build future‑ready pipelines, and reduce time‑to‑fill.
  • Develop targeted attraction strategies, leveraging the company’s employer brand to identify and engage passive talent pools that support client‑specific talent agendas.
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of talent acquisition and/or human resources experience.
  • Experience driving continuous improvement, including identifying gaps, developing and implementing data‑driven solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguity in a fast‑paced, matrixed organization and manage multiple priorities with high attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in collaborating with cross‑functional stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience managing full‑cycle recruitment for professional, salaried roles within a large, global organization.
  • Consultation and influencing skills with proven ability to partner and present to senior leaders.
  • Knowledge of talent acquisition best practices and regional employment/hiring laws.

Compensation and Benefits

Salary Range: $86,000 – $121,000 USD

Benefits include medical, dental, vision, basic life insurance, paid parental leave, disability coverage, and participation in a 401(k) retirement plan with matching contributions. Additional benefits: at least 15 vacation/PTO days, 13 paid holidays, and paid sick leave adjusted by role and location.
