What you bring:
  • 2+ years of hands-on IT experience (preferred)
  • Experience supporting Windows Desktop (applications, peripherals, and hardware)
  • Experience supporting Windows Server and related applications
  • Strong troubleshooting skills for desktop and network connectivity
  • Excellent critical thinking and communication skills
  • Willingness to pursue certifications to meet vendor requirements and maintain current technology knowledge
  • Ability to travel within a 60-mile radius of Yorktown, IN
  • Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
  • Adaptability in managing shifting priorities and complex technical issues
  • Able to work independently as well as collaboratively
  • Ability to manage projects to completion with minimal downtime

What you'll do:
  • Provide Tier 1/Tier 2 support
  • Manage user accounts in Active Directory, Exchange, Azure & Office 365
  • Install, configure, and maintain Windows desktop systems, applications, and hardware
  • Install and support 3rd-party desktop/server applications and miscellaneous hardware
  • Manage and maintain Windows Server operating systems
  • Support Microsoft tools including MDT, ADK, InTune, WICD & AutoPilot
  • Configure and support network/desktop printers and office desk phones
  • Support email configuration on mobile devices
  • Provide timely support to hundreds of end users across multiple companies
  • Create and evolve documentation for systems, networks, processes, and projects
  • Contribute ideas to enhance technical processes and approaches
  • Provide onsite support as needed
  • Participate in on-call rotation
  • Additional duties as assigned
