Education: High school diploma or equivalent required. Associated Degree in Information Technology or Computer Science is preferred.
Licensure/Certification: N/A
Experience: Two to four years' experience in the field or related experience preferred.
Mental/Physical Effort: Work performed requires a high degree of concentration and attention to accuracy and detail. Must be able to cope with difficult situations and frequently changing priorities to effectively manage departmental goals. Requires prolonged standing or sitting.
