DePuy Synthes is recruiting foranProfessional, US Contracts Systems, located inRaynham, MA; Raritan, NJ; West Chester, PA; Palm Beach Gardens, FL; OR Warsaw, IN.

This role supports the delivery and continuous improvement of commercial contracts and pricing technology platforms that enable compliant, efficient, and scalable contracting across the U.S. business. TheProfessional, US Contracts Systemspartners closely with Commercial, Finance, Legal, and Sales Operations teams to translate business needs into system capabilities, ensuring contract accuracy, operational efficiency, and strong user adoption. This role has a direct impact on revenue execution, compliance, and customer experience by ensuringcontractssystems perform reliably and align with evolving business needsand reports into the DePuy Synthes Technology organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with Commercial Technology product owners and business stakeholders to support contracts and pricing systems, including requirements gathering, configuration support, and solution validation.

  • Analyze business processes related to contract creation, approval, execution, and maintenance,identifyingopportunities for system and process improvements.

  • Translate business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria for technology enhancements.

  • Lead the application of AI, advanced analytics, and automation to modernize commercial platforms, enhancing customer engagement, pricing and revenue optimization, anddatadrivendecisionmakingwhile driving scalable and compliant commercial execution across sales, marketing, and customer operations.

  • Support system testing activities, including UAT coordination, defect triage, and validation of fixes prior to production deployment.

  • Collaborate with IT partners to ensure data integrity, system integrations, and performance across connected commercial platforms.

  • Provide operational support, issue analysis, and rootcause investigation forcontractssystem incidents and user inquiries.

  • Develop andmaintainprocess documentation, job aids, and training materials to support enduser adoption and compliance.

  • Ensure solutions align with Johnson & Johnson Credo values, internal controls, and applicable regulatory and compliance standards.

Qualifications

Education:

  • Bachelor's degreerequired(Information Systems, Business, Finance, Supply Chain, or related field).

  • Master's degree or MBA preferred.

Experience and Skills:

Required:

  • 2-4 years of experience supporting commercial, contracts, pricing, or revenuerelated systems in an IT or business analyst role.

  • Technical skills in business systems analysis, includingrequirementsdocumentation, UAT support, and basic data analysis (e.g., SQL, reporting tools, or system queries).

  • Working knowledge of contract lifecycle management (CLM) concepts and commercial processes.

  • Strong business skills in stakeholder communication, problem solving, and process improvement.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while supporting operational stability andenhancementdelivery.

  • Leadership skillsdemonstratedthrough influencing without authority, collaborative teamwork, and accountability for deliverables.

Preferred:

  • Experience with commercial or contracts platforms (e.g., CLM, pricing, ERP, CRM integrations).

  • Exposure to Agile or productbased delivery models and backlog management.

  • Experience supporting regulated or highly controlled environments, including audit and compliance considerations.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data insights into business recommendations.

  • Emerging leadership capability, including mentoring peers or leading small initiatives or workstreams.
