Our Endorsements & Awards team celebrates excellence across the Technology, Beauty, Lifestyle, and B2B sectors. We manage engaging campaigns that recognize top-tier products and services in the US market. You'll help us deliver prestigious awards programs that our audiences trust and value.

What you'll do

Reporting to the Director of Endorsements and Awards, you'll ensure our US campaigns run smoothly from launch to completion. You'll coordinate projects, manage product entries, and handle stakeholder communications. Your daily tasks involve using Google Workspace, Asana, and platforms like Swoogo and Awards Force.

You'll also manage the Awards & Events Associate, helping them prioritize their workload. You'll work closely with internal Marketing, Sales, and Editorial teams to deliver outstanding events. During peak season, this role requires five days in the New York office, US travel, and physical event preparation.

  • Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and deadlines across multiple US awards campaigns.
  • Assist with tracking product entries for Beauty Awards to ensure accuracy.
  • Manage day-to-day communications with key stakeholders professionally and promptly.
  • Help coordinate judging processes, including product logistics and information management.
  • Maintain accurate project trackers and databases so the wider team sees progress.
  • Identify potential delays early and communicate these to relevant team members.

Experience That Will Put You Ahead Of The Curve

  • Experience coordinating projects or campaigns in media, publishing, or events.
  • Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Experience maintaining project trackers using tools like Asana and Google Workspace.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills to build effective working relationships.
  • Previous direct report management is desirable but not essential.
  • Experience with niche platforms like Swoogo and Awards Force is advantageous.
  • Ability to work five days a week in the New York office from December to April.
  • Ability to travel to events across the US.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks, including moving boxes, unpacking, and organizing products on shelving.
