Role Summary:
Delivers support for live events, executive sessions, and studio-based production environments.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Provide end-to-end event support (setup, execution, teardown)
Support hybrid events (in-person + virtual)
Manage studio production workflows (live + recorded)
Provide VIP/executive support during critical events
Coordinate with marketing, communications, and business teams
Key Skills:
Live event production and AV operations
Studio tools and workflows (audio/video mixing, switching) - TriCaster Production, Multi-Cameras, Pro Tools Editing
Hybrid event platforms (Teams/Zoom/Vbrick)
Podcast Bean & Poll Everywhere Audience Response System
Ability to operate in high-pressure, zero-failure environments
Certifications (Preferred):
Relevant AVIXA certification (CTS)
Event production certifications (nice to have)
