What are hybrid events?

Hybrid events are gatherings that combine both in-person and virtual elements, allowing participants to attend either physically at a venue or remotely via online platforms. This format enables greater flexibility and inclusivity, making it possible for a wider audience to engage with the event regardless of their location. Hybrid events often use technology to facilitate interaction between on-site and remote attendees, such as live streaming, virtual networking, and interactive sessions. They are increasingly popular for conferences, trade shows, and corporate meetings, offering the benefits of both traditional and digital experiences.
