We are sharing a specialised part-time consulting opportunity for professionals experienced in travel planning, logistics coordination, executive support, household planning, event coordination, and structured planning workflows.

This role supports current and upcoming remote consulting opportunities focused on structured logistics review, planning workflow analysis, itinerary development, checklist preparation, coordination support, and high-quality project execution. Selected professionals will apply their planning and coordination expertise to review realistic logistics scenarios, evaluate constraints and requirements, prepare structured written outputs, and support accurate, evidence-based planning tasks.

Key Responsibilities

Travel Planning & Itinerary Review

  • Review logistics scenarios involving multi-stop travel, scheduling constraints, budget limits, travel times, booking requirements, and itinerary development
  • Evaluate travel plans against calendar availability, location constraints, transportation timing, and stated preferences
  • Support structured review of itineraries, route options, booking comparisons, and travel planning documentation

Household Logistics & Vendor Coordination
