Workdays/shifts: Mornings and afternoon/evenings - varying days. More details will be provided during the interview process.

Employment Type: Full-time

Pay Range: $21.00 per hour - $21.00 per hour

What You’ll Do: As a Switchboard Operator at Sodexo, you are adaptable team players and message multitaskers. Efficiency and calm in hectic environments is critical to being a support to your team and clients. You may work in any type of location on client premises. This individual, often the initial contact for the facility or department


Responsibilities include:

  • Operate a telephone console or switchboard to route incoming calls to the appropriate party. 
  • Works with customers to ensure satisfaction in such areas as quality, service, and problem resolution
  • May perform additional clerical duties
  • Attends work and shows for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
  • Other duties may be assigned and can differ among accounts, depending on business necessities and client requirements.
