Pay Range: $21.00 per hour - $21.00 per hour

What You’ll Do: As a Switchboard Operator at Sodexo, you are adaptable team players and message multitaskers. Responsibilities include:

  • Operate a telephone console or switchboard to route incoming calls to the appropriate party. 
  • Works with customers to ensure satisfaction in such areas as quality, service, and problem resolution
  • May perform additional clerical duties
  • Attends work and shows for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
