Description of Primary Duties
Main campus switchboard for Missouri State University, the caller's first contact with the university. Requires strict confidentiality. Answer calls from on- and off-campus for transfer to the appropriate area. Also may occasionally be asked to do other tasks.
Must be responsible and demonstrate the ability to fluently speak and comprehend the English language.
Required Qualifications
Manual dexterity for computer operation and applications related to the job.
Required Certifications
Customer service experience and excellent communication skills are required.
Prefer minimum of 2 years remaining at MSU.
