The Customer Support Rep will be the first point of contact for customers after the sale. Will research issues, coordinate delivery dates and handle service issues. Work with customers through direct contact over the phone and through email. Follow up is very important. Our client is looking for someone energetic and patient who can be flexible and works well in a fast-paced environment.


Some office experience is preferred. Retail or Service Industry experience is a plus. Advanced Excel and Word. HSG. Bachelors a plus.


Normal Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm Criminal/Drug screening.
