MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Senior Cyber Support Developer to join our team in Denver, CO.

This role supports key development efforts and will contribute to building scalable, high-quality solutions that align with mission needs.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Maintain enterprise IT infrastructure, ensure system reliability, and help maintain overall system security in a virtualized environment.
  • Identify and implement best-practice solutions for complex technical problems.
  • Maintain server infrastructure and perform system upgrades to ensure consistent operational performance.
  • Provide technical support to ensure high system availability and robust security posture.
  • Manage user access controls, deploy security patches, configure network infrastructure, and automate pipelines.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and team members to build solutions that support business and mission requirements.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of software administration experience.
  • Experience with supporting large, complex software development projects.
  • Experience with configuring and maintaining virtual environments.
  • Experience with maintaining and managing ServiceNow instances.
  • Hold a current IAT Level II certification (GSEC, Security+, SSCP, or CCNA-Security) or possess the ability to obtain one within 6 months of hire.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Kubernetes orchestration, GitLab CI/CD pipeline implementation, AWS EKS management, and Linux server administration.
  • Ability to diagnose complex technical issues, develop effective solutions, and provide timely delivery of resolutions.
  • Certified ServiceNow Administrator (CSA) credential.

Clearance Requirements:

  • Must have a current/active TS/SCI with a Polygraph.

Physical Requirements:

  • The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
  • This position requires occasionally moving about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers via email, phone, or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.

The projected compensation range for this position is $114,600.00-$190,200.00. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.  In addition, MANTECH invests in its employees beyond just compensation.  MANTECH's benefits offerings include, dependent upon position, Health Insurance, Life Insurance, Paid Time Off, Holiday Pay, short-term and long-term Disability, Retirement and Savings, Learning and Development opportunities, wellness programs as well as other optional benefit elections.
