Job description

  • Translate product vision into scalable technical solutions, partnering closely with the Product Owner to refine requirements into robust system designs
  • Design and implement modular, maintainable, and production-grade tooling, aligned to automation, reuse, and multi-site deployment needs
  • Integrate production tools into the broader ecosystem (e.g., MES, analytics platforms, data pipelines) ensuring seamless data flow and interoperability
  • Support deployment and industrialization at CMs, ensuring tools are stable, compatible, and ready for high-volume production environments
  • Drive technical quality and reliability, including testing, troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and continuous improvement of production tools
  • Ownership & Integrity
  • Embed continuous improvement, transparency, and accountability while rolemodelling Advantest INTEGRITY values
  • Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, Computer Engineering or a related technical field; a Master's degree is a plus Strong software engineering background, with experience building scalable, maintainable systems in industrial or production environments
  • Hands-on experience in production tooling or manufacturing systems, ideally including automation, testing, or repair workflows
  • Solid understanding of system integration and data-driven architectures (e.g., APIs, MES, data platforms) within complex environments
  • Proven ability to work in close partnership with product owners and external development partners, contributing to solution design and technical decision-making
  • Strong problem-solving and ownership mindset, with experience supporting production-critical systems and resolving issues under real operational constraints
