Job description

Our core services include Rides, Meals, Classes, Care, and Advice.   


Our Vivalon Rides division delivers safe, reliable, and inclusive transportation—providing medical and assisted rides, custom shuttles for events and communities. 


We are looking for a Transportation Supervisor for our Santa Rosa site. The Transportation Supervisor provides first-line leadership and day-to-day supervision for a team of bus drivers, ensuring safe, reliable, and compliant transportation services. This role is responsible for monitoring performance, providing coaching and corrective guidance, supporting driver training and development, and responding to operational and field issues as they arise. The Transportation Supervisor works closely with Operations, Safety, and HR to promote high performance, regulatory compliance, and a positive, customer-focused work environment while supporting drivers in meeting service and safety expectations.  


This position requires a valid Commercial Driver's License.
