Job description

Job Summary:
General Laborer will be responsible for various tasks in the production areas including but not limited to organizing shelves, moving material, and supporting their departments by cleaning various areas. Provide a clean, organized, and safe work environment in and around buildings. They will adhere to all Bandit safety, quality, inventory and production guidelines, standards, policies, and procedures.
Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Load, unload and move incoming/outgoing materials/products to varies areas.
  • Ensure proper organization and placement of material/parts in the shop and/or warehouse.
  • Identify and label materials, record their location in the warehouse/shelf in MC to maintain inventory.
  • Remove debris and/or trash from work sites.
  • Use power tools depending on job assignment.
  • Circulate material on shelfs.
  • Put parts away according to MC.
  • Assist manufacturing/warehouse activities as required.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Education Requirements:
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Ability to read a tape measure, basic shop math, and able to read a blueprint.
  • Ability to use a tape measure and other measuring instruments.
  • Basic written and verbal communication skills
  • Complete Bandit’s crane and/or forklift safety training
Physical Requirements:
  • Frequently stand, walk, push, pull, stoop, pinch, grasp, and/or bend
  • Requires employee to work both inside/outside in heat/cold, and/or wet/humid conditions.
  • Frequently required to use personal protective equipment (PPE) to prevent injury.
  • Frequently lift 50 pounds
  • Occasionally lift 60 pounds
