Necessary skills and attributes to be successful in this role include: The ability to motivate student athletes A strong understanding of sport-specific technique and skills High ethical standards strong organizational and multi-tasking skills; an entrepreneurial spirit, specifically one who is willing to take a risk to create opportunities; excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build strong relationships across the organization; and a high level of integrity, professionalism and accountability. a current criminal record check
