What is a success coach?

A success coach trains a client on how to succeed in a job or other activity. Their job duties will differ depending on where they work. A large business might use their services to train new employees to succeed within the company’s work environment, while a college might use success coaches to ensure students are doing everything they can to achieve their educational goals. A success coach may also work with individuals, spending one-on-one time with them to identify life goals and paths to success.
