A subcontract is an agreement with a third party to assist in completing a project, whether through goods, services, or workers. As a subcontract administrator, your responsibilities include assessing the needs of your team or employer, obtaining agreements to fill those needs, and managing the subcontracts from start to finish. You may choose the other party based on either qualifications or cost efficiency, but the goal is to find a compromise between the two.
