Job description

You will be a Subcontract Administrator for our team, responsible for managing and administering subcontracts to ensure compliance with contractual requirements and maintaining effective relationships with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders. What You Will Be Doing?
As a Subcontract Administrator, you will be responsible for developing, negotiating, and administering subcontracts, ensuring compliance with contractual requirements, and building and maintaining effective relationships with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders. You will work closely with our team to identify, assess, and mitigate subcontract-related risks, and resolve subcontract-related issues, disputes, or claims in a timely and professional manner.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
Develop, negotiate, and administer subcontracts, including preparing and issuing subcontract documents
Ensure subcontractors comply with contractual requirements, including terms and conditions, deliverables, and performance standards
Build and maintain effective relationships with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders
Identify, assess, and mitigate subcontract-related risks, including performance, financial, and reputational risks
Resolve subcontract-related issues, disputes, or claims in a timely and professional manner
Manage subcontract closeout activities, including ensuring completion of all deliverables, payment of final invoices, and obtaining necessary documentation
Ensure subcontracts comply with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of subcontract information, including contract documents, performance data, and payment history
Provide regular updates and reports to internal stakeholders on subcontract status, issues, and concerns
Continuously evaluate and improve subcontract administration processes and procedures to ensure efficiency, effectiveness, and compliance
