Subaru Love Encore Specialist

Wayne Subaru is in the process of selecting a Subaru Love Encore Specialist to become part of our team. Previous Subaru and auto sales experience is preferred, however we are willing to train the right candidate.

At Wayne Subaru, we pride ourselves on earning and keeping our customers' trust and respect. The Subaru Love Encore Specialist will be expected to offer every customer a top-tier second vehicle orientation "classroom session" as a follow-up to their vehicle purchase as a primary responsibility. The Subaru Love Encore Specialist is encouraged to "Make Memories" with customers by documenting the process with pictures, videos, etc. with client consent. Manage and create a library of videos - from "How-To" and "another happy customer," to showcasing and explaining new and pre-owned vehicles on a rotational basis. To be a Wayne Subaru team member, you must possess product knowledge, a friendly disposition, and enthusiasm for the Subaru Product. We are family-owned, and we need a dynamic team player who is willing to work smart and grow within the organization!

Responsibilities:

  • Daily call & email follow-up and prospecting - number set by management.
  • Professional phone, proof-reading, and grammar skills for texting and email correspondence.
  • Possess the ability to build rapport and gather pertinent information from our customers and LISTEN.
  • Use your skill set while providing all new Subaru Customers with their Love Encore Delivery experience.
  • Provide all customers, both new and pre-owned, with a 10 out of 10 experience every day!
  • Build and develop product knowledge to be a Subaru expert, including the latest technology, options, etc.
  • Demonstrate product knowledge, especially technology, on all new/used vehicles in inventory.
  • Follow-up with customers to establish a constant flow of new, referral, and repeat business.
  • Social Media Marketing skills are a plus - we need to be online and in front!
  • Various sales-related tasks and errands such as moving vehicles, driving inventory to and from our Service Department, helping customers clean out their trade-in or lease return vehicle, etc.
  • Ensure vehicles are prepared for customer pick-up (delivery), fueled up, cleaned properly, have owner's manual and keys, etc.

Qualifications:

  • Automotive Subaru Sales Experience preferred, willing to train the right candidate.
  • Be comfortable working with computers and tablets.
  • Be available for required hours during the week and Saturdays.
  • Bring a positive attitude to work every day and work well with others.
  • Be ready and eager to learn and keep current with the Subaru product line.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, management, and other Wayne Subaru family members.
  • Consistent and professional appearance in keeping with Wayne Subaru's required dress code.
  • Clean driving record and valid driver's license.
