Are you organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about cars? Beechmont Subaru & Volkswagen is looking for a motivated Inventory Specialist to take charge of our vehicle displays, merchandising, and lot organization. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy working with a team that keeps the dealership running smoothly, we want to hear from you.

What Youll Be Doing

  • Keep customer parking clear of retail units and trade-ins in process
  • Processing new inventory and performing the Pre-Delivery Inspection
  • Maintain proper fuel levels in vehicles
  • Transport vehicles between lots as needed
  • Coordinate with sales and lot teams to stage vehicles for delivery
  • Step in for detailing duties when necessary
  • Receive and correctly stage vehicles returning from detail companies
  • Ensure all sold vehicles are tagged and placed in the correct area
  • Assist the General Sales Manager with daily tasks to keep operations seamless

What You Need to Succeed

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in inventory or a similar role is a plus
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to keep up in a dynamic, fast-moving environment
  • A valid drivers license with a clean record
  • Satisfactory employment references and ability to pass a background check
