About Us
The Exercise Coach® is a high-tech, high-touch fitness studio designed to help individuals achieve strength, mobility, energy, and overall wellness with safe, effective workouts in just two 20-minute sessions per week.
Our unique approach combines advanced Exerbotics® technology, certified coaching, and personalized programs. We serve a wide range of clients, including those who have never felt successful with fitness before.

Position Summary
We are seeking a motivated and caring Exercise Coach / Personal Trainer to guide clients through strength training and wellness programs using our proprietary equipment and coaching system. No previous fitness experience is required—just a willingness to learn, a passion for helping others, and a great attitude.
Additional opportunities are also available to specialize in Coach-assisted Stretching.
Key Responsibilities
Training & Coaching:
- Deliver 1-on-1 and small group training sessions using Exerbotics® equipment
- Deliver coach-assisted stretch sessions
- Conduct initial assessments and consultations
- Monitor form, safety, and individual client progress
- Educate and motivate clients on fitness and healthy living
Client Success:
- Track and review results through our high-tech system
- Build long-term relationships with clients
- Follow up with clients to ensure consistent attendance and goal progress
Studio Operations:
- Support lead generation, tours, and trial sessions
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and professional studio
- Log data and client communication accurately in CRM
