Storm Guard Roofing & Construction is seeking a high-performing Sales Trainer to help recruit, develop, coach, and elevate our growing sales organization.
This is a leadership-focused role designed for someone who has a proven sales background and enjoys helping others succeed. You will be responsible for onboarding new hires, conducting interviews, leading roleplay sessions, developing new training initiatives, retraining underperforming team members, and working closely with leadership to improve overall sales performance.

What You'll Do
  • Recruit and interview sales candidates
