Show & Event Manager Storm Guard Roofing (Madison, WI)
Base Salary + Performance Bonuses | Build, Own, and Scale the team
Location: Madison, WI Job Type: Full-Time Compensation: 60k Base Salary + Performance Bonuses, 6 figure potential
This is not an event coordinator role.
This is a revenue-driving leadership position.
You are responsible for building a high-performing events team that generates consistent, high-quality leads and drives sales.

What Youll Own
Plan, schedule, and execute home shows, retail events, and community activations
Build and manage a calendar of high-ROI events
Recruit, train, and lead event staff and brand ambassadors
Set clear daily/weekly KPIs (leads, cost per lead, conversion)
Drive lead generation performance at every event
Manage booth setup, messaging, and customer experience
Track results and continuously optimize performance
