About the Role

Adobe is seeking a Senior Manager, Strategy & Operations to help shape and continuously improve how our global Services Delivery organization operates. In this role, you will partner closely with senior leaders to develop and evolve the delivery operating model-supporting scalable growth, strong project outcomes, and an excellent customer experience-while leading a team focused on turning strategy into execution, solving complex crossfunctional challenges, and improving how we plan, deliver, and measure our work across a global organization.

What You'll Do

  • Build, coach, and support a highperforming Strategy & Operations team by setting clear priorities, goals, and development plans
  • Translate strategic priorities into practical operating plans that improve revenue performance, project health, and customer outcomes
  • Partner across teams to lead large, crossfunctional initiatives such as operating model evolution, automation, and forecasting improvements
  • Establish and refine global standard processes for project management, project health, capacity planning, and resource management
  • Support global revenue operations through forecasting, reporting, and planning rhythms, including weekly, quarterly, and annual processes
  • Collaborate with leaders across Delivery, Finance, and Shared Services to align priorities and support effective decisionmaking
  • Contribute to management reporting, operating insights, and compensationrelated analysis that help teams plan and operate effectively

Minimum Qualifications

  • Significant experience in business consulting, strategy & operations, or professional services environments
  • Experience leading and developing teams
  • Experience partnering across functions to deliver complex change initiatives
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using data to inform decisions

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting or operating within consulting or professional services organizations
  • Exposure to advanced analytics, data science, or automation use cases
  • Experience designing operating models or scaling frameworks
  • Strong ability to communicate clearly with a wide range of stakeholders, including senior leaders

Expected Pay Range:

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $131,700 -- $278,750 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process. In Washington, the pay range for this position is $160,100 - $231,800

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
