Overview

JOB TITLE:  Project Strategy Manager  

JOB LOCATION: Orem, UT

FUNCTION: The CCG Project Strategy Manager leads the strategic marketing, planning, budgeting, and execution in coordination with the Sr. Director of Project Strategy and the General Managers of CCG’s master planned communities as well as provides support to the Project Strategy Team at the direction of the Sr. Director of Project Strategy (DPS). 

REPORTING TO: Sr. Director of Project Strategy 

KEY ACTIVITIES: 

  • Visualize, fulfill, and implement the company vision and core values 

  • Develop the marketing strategy, tactics and budget for CCG’s master planned communities in coordination with the DPS and the General Managers. 

  • Execution of the marketing strategy within the marketing budget specifically in Desert Color, Solenté, Pinemær, Alcantíl and Springville Rising. 

  • Brand creation and brand/reputation management 

  • Revise marketing/branding strategy as needed and update marketing calendar  

  • Coordinate and create collateral for builders, realtors, and consumers  

  • Develop SWAG  

  • Manage website direction; produce and update content; collect data, update     inventory on website; collect website leads  

  • Oversee signage and sales/marketing materials  

  • Community and stakeholder engagement; curate email lists, send email newsletters; create and make presentations; create and manage content in the marketing coordination 

  • Develop relationships with internal stakeholders, external partners and vendors 

  • Create sales & market reports, analysis, statistics, and presentations as needed  

  • Plan and execute on-site marketing events 

  • Travel and time spent in master planned community areas  

  • Additional items as coordinated with the DPS as deliverables 

  • Perform other duties as required 

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:  

  • Self-starter and results oriented  

  • Communicate effectively verbally and in written form to a variety of audiences 

  • Experience in hospitality   

  • Exceptional organizational skills  

  • Ability to work well in a team environment  

  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize multiple projects and tasks 

  • Strong understanding of the entire development process  

  • Strengths in marketing, data mining and analytics, budgeting, business planning and financial discipline  

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and function related software – Adobe, Bluebeam, etc. 

  • Self-motivated proactively manage projects and prevent problems with minimal accountability controls  

  • Tactful, professional demeanor with the ability to interact effectively with managers, associates, vendors and others.  

  • Must be able to perform complex tasks and handle multiple priorities, and have the ability to perform exceptionally under dynamic conditions and challenging deadlines  

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE: 

  • Bachelor’s degree (preferred) 

  • Minimum 3 years work experience in related field 

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: 

  • Light: exerting up to 15 lbs. of force occasionally 

  • Repetitive motion associated with operating various types of office equipment 

  • Occasional automotive or air travel to event locations
