The Senior Manager, Corporate Strategy & Execution will lead high-impact, cross-functional initiatives that span Marketing, Ecommerce, Product, Finance, Analytics, and Retail Operations. This role is responsible for establishing scalable program governance, driving executional excellence, and ensuring strategic initiatives deliver measurable business outcomes aligned to company objectives.
This leader will serve as a trusted thought partner to senior leadership, enabling clarity, alignment, and disciplined execution across complex initiatives such as gift cards, contract management, launch operations, chat capabilities, and inventory visibility.

Strategic Initiative Leadership
  • Lead enterprise-level, cross-functional initiatives from concept through execution, ensuring alignment with business strategy and priorities
  • Drive clarity on objectives, scope, timelines, risks, and dependencies across teams
  • Identify opportunities to unlock new value, improve operational efficiency, and accelerate growth

Program Governance & Execution
  • Establish and maintain project governance frameworks, operating rhythms, and standardized processes to ensure consistent delivery
  • Define and manage program plans, milestones, resourcing, and risk mitigation strategies
  • Ensure initiatives are delivered on time, within scope, and with clear accountability

Executive Communication & Alignment
  • Drive alignment across functional leaders by clearly communicating priorities, progress, and decision points
  • Lead executive reviews, process approvals, and steering forums with clear, data-driven recommendations
  • Synthesize complex information into concise executive-level narratives and insights

Performance Measurement & Analytics
  • Partner with Analytics to define and track comprehensive performance metrics tied to core KPIs
  • Monitor initiative performance, identify gaps, and course-correct to ensure sustained KPI improvement

Leadership & Influence
  • Act as a thought partner to senior leadership in assessing risks, solving complex business challenges, and shaping strategic roadmaps
  • Influence without authority by building strong relationships and fostering collaboration across teams
  • Champion operational rigor, continuous improvement, and accountability

Our dream candidate is/has:
  • 8-12+ years of experience in program management, strategy, operations, or consulting within complex, cross-functional environments
  • Proven track record of leading large-scale, enterprise initiatives with measurable business impact
  • Strong executive presence with experience leading senior-level reviews and decision-making forums
  • Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience partnering with Analytics to define KPIs and performance measurement frameworks
  • Background in retail, ecommerce, product, or omnichannel environments preferred

Targeted Annual Base Salary Range: $155,000-180,000 USD
Casper's compensation philosophy ensures that the actual base salary is based on factors including but not limited to skills, education, experience, special training, time in position, and/or years of service.
