We are seeking a versatile Business Analyst to become a pivotal asset across multiple departments, including Deal Desk, Strategic Finance, Business Development, Partnerships, Strategy, and Product Marketing.

Job SummaryAs a Revenue Strategy Analyst, you will contribute to Apex’s financial and growth goals. You’ll analyze diverse data streams to guide strategic planning and enhance operational efficiency across the company, engaging with multiple areas of the business to provide reporting, analysis, and insights that support decision‑making and growth. Your ability to adapt, collaborate, and drive solutions will be crucial to your success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop regular reports for different departments to assess trends, business performance, and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Work closely with teams in Sales, Partnerships, Corporate Development, Strategy, Pricing, and Product Marketing to implement data‑driven strategies.
  • Utilize analytical techniques to address complex business problems, interpret data, and provide actionable insights.
  • Communicate findings and recommendations to senior management and cross‑functional teams to shape company strategies and objectives.
  • Ensure accuracy and consistency across all data and reports, implementing best practices in data management and usage.
  • Proactively seek opportunities to enhance the analytical capabilities of the department, including incorporating new data sources and analytical tools.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in any field is welcomed; a proven interest in FinTech is essential.
  • Minimum of two years’ experience in business analysis, financial analysis, operations, reporting, data analytics, data science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in business analysis or a similar role, with a track record of manipulating, analyzing, curating, and reporting data.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and accuracy, ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
  • Experience working in financial services, fintech, and/or brokerage is a plus.
  • Advanced proficiency in spreadsheet applications (e.g., Excel); business intelligence (e.g., Looker, Tableau, PowerBI) or CRM/CPQ (e.g., Salesforce, Hubspot, Dealhub) software is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team‑oriented environment.

Salary Range
