About the Job:
Are you passionate about solving complex commercial problems and shaping growth strategy for some of the world's most iconic restaurant brands?
Yum! Brands is seeking a Global Revenue Strategy Manager to help build world-class Net Revenue Management (NRM) capabilities across KFC, Pizza Hut, Taco Bell and Habit Burger Grill.
This role brings together strategy consulting, commercial strategy, strategic pricing, consumer insights, menu optimization, and financial value creation. You will partner with senior leaders across global markets to solve key business challenges, including pricing strategy, value architecture, promotional effectiveness, and omni-channel growth.
You'll combine structured problem solving with advanced analytics to translate data into actionable recommendations that drive transactions, Average Unit Volume (AUV), franchisee profitability, and long-term enterprise value.
You will be required to attend the Plano, TX office three days per week (Tuesday - Thursday).
Salary Range:
$125,200-$147,200 + bonus eligibility. This is the expected salary range for this position. Ultimately, in determining pay, we'll consider the successful candidate's location, experience, and other job-related factors.
Responsibilities
Primary Responsibilities:
  • Define Key Value Item (KVI) strategies aligned to consumer perception and competitive positioning and develop omni-channel growth strategies across in-store, delivery, and digital.
  • Shape initiatives to accelerate Same Store Sales Growth (SSSG) and Average Unit Volume (AUV), establishing clear 12-24-month roadmaps.
  • Translate analytics into insights and actionable commercial recommendations in partnership with Finance to define financial ambition.
  • Develop strategic recommendations across price-pack architecture, menu engineering, revenue optimization, consumer value propositions, and promotional strategy to unlock sustainable growth.
  • Lead cross-functional workshops with Brand, Finance, Marketing, and Operations teams to align on pricing and growth decisions.
  • Develop executive-ready storytelling and materials, delivering clear oral and written communications in senior leadership forums

Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • At least 8 years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, pricing, revenue management, or investment banking.
  • Experience leading complex cross-functional projects with executive exposure.
  • Demonstrated experience translating analytics into strategic recommendations.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills, including executive-level presentation experience.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in QSR, retail, or consumer packaged goods industries.
  • Direct exposure to Revenue Growth Management or pricing strategy initiatives.
  • Experience facilitating workshops and leading structured problem-solving sessions.
  • Global or multi-market experience in matrix organizations.
