PlainsCapital Bank is seeking a Digital Payments Strategy & Operations Manager to be responsible for driving strategic initiatives, operational excellence, and modernization efforts across the Bank's payment ecosystem. The Manager will lead and support critical payment transformation initiatives, including system implementations, conversions, process optimization efforts, and operational readiness activities. This role will develop deep subject matter expertise across domestic and international payment channels while progressively assuming broader leadership responsibilities within Digital Payments.
