About the role:

FIS is looking for a Revenue Operations Lead role to help further accelerate our growth by helping to improve our sales performance and efficiency.You'llensure we have best-in-class,sales strategyprocesses, tools, and analytical horsepowerto fuel our broader go-to-market (GTM) function. This is a pivotal role that directly contributes to the success of our GTM teams.

We are looking for aself-starter,whocan handle ambiguityandthrives in environments with multiple cross-functional stakeholders with varying priorities. You can more than hold your own with the day-to-day requests, but your real passion is digging deep, finding out the "why," and providing insights to theCommercialOrganization to make better decisions.

As part of the Revenue Operations team,you'llget the chance to shape the function and have lots of autonomy and impact. You will report to ourSenior Director of Revenue Operationsand be one of their main operational partners supporting the successful development and execution of our strategy.

What you will be doing:

Revenue Operations-

  • Craft andoptimizecustomer segmentation and sales strategy to ensure coverage model enables focus on target segments

  • Produce, share, and presentfield coverage reports analyzing penetration, number of accounts per territory, number of accounts per sales executive in each territory, type,sizeand potential of accounts, etc.

  • Extract insights (e.g., characteristics of territories that perform well, differences between territories that perform well and those that underperform) from data and produced reports to provide a data-driven explanation of performance at the territory level and ensures changes are properly reflected in all Sales Reporting Tools and updated in the internal sales territory maps

  • Manage field-related inquiriesregardingperformance to plan, account assignments and sales plan

  • Partner with senior sales leaders to uncover opportunities for growth or sales force efficiency improvement

Strategy & Analytics-

  • Build andmaintainthe analytical models that underpin revenue strategy, including customer segmentation, territory design, quota setting and sales capacity planning

  • Translate pipeline,bookingsand win/loss data into insights that shape go-to-market priorities and guide where the Commercial Organization invests

  • Develop scenario and growth models that quantify the revenue impact of strategic choices, and present clear recommendations to senior sales and Revenue Operations leadership

  • Design and evolve the reporting and dashboard layer so sales leaders can self-serve the metrics that matter, with a single trusted source for revenue performance data

  • Partner with Finance, Product and Sales leadership on annual planning, turning strategicobjectivesinto measurable operating targets and tracking progress against them

Special Projects Leadership-

  • Identify, lead, and manage strategic projects,leveragingyour problem-solving skills to drive process improvements and revenue enhancement initiatives.

  • Take the initiative in coordinating resources from multiple departments tooptimizeprocesses and support overarching business goals.

  • Gather, develop, and analyze informationfrom multiple teams and develop efficient processes and reports to support the business

What you will need:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a STEM field or Economics

  • 2-7 years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, venture capital, corporate strategy, revenue operations, sales operations, or business operations in a technology/financial services company

  • Very stronganalytical background

  • Outstanding program management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously

  • Ambiguous problem-solving and executive communication skills, with ability tofacilitatemeetings with executives and partner across multiple functions in an organization

  • Positive, can-do, roll up the sleeves and get things done mindset

Added bonusif you have:

  • MBA orMaster'sdegree in a technical or quantitative field.

  • Proficiencyin Tableau, Power BI, SQL

  • Proficiencyin sales tools such as MS Dynamics,SalesForce, Outreach, and Gong

FIS is committed to providing its employees with an exciting career opportunity and competitive compensation. The pay range for this full-time position is $87,290.00 - $148,390.00 and reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position based on the posted role, level, and location. Within the range, actual individual starting pay is determined by additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Any changes in work location will also impact actual individual starting pay. Please consult with your recruiter about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
