  • Prepare monthly and quarterly reporting packages for senior leadership

  • Translate complex financial and operational data into concise recommendations
  • Gain direct exposure to strategic discussions and executive decision-making
Process Improvement & Systems
  • Improve FP&A processes, workflows, and reporting efficiencies
  • Support optimization of financial systems and business intelligence tools
  • Contribute to scalable operational infrastructure as the company grows
  • Help strengthen reporting accuracy, automation, and business analytics capabilities
Who You Are
  • 2-6+ years of experience in FP&A, finance, consulting, accounting, banking, or analytical business roles
  • Strong financial modeling and analytical capabilities with advanced Excel proficiency
  • Naturally curious with a desire to understand how the business operates beyond the numbers
  • Thrives in fast-paced, evolving, entrepreneurial environments
  • Excited by growth-stage companies and the opportunity to help build processes and infrastructure
  • Strong communicator with the ability to work directly with leadership and cross-functional teams
  • Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
  • Motivated by ownership, visibility, and long-term career growth
Nice to Have
  • Experience in healthcare, benefits, healthcare advocacy, SaaS, or subscription-based businesses
  • Exposure to SaaS and operational metrics including CAC, LTV, pipeline forecasting, and revenue analytics
  • Experience with NetSuite, Salesforce, Power BI, Looker, Tableau, or other BI/reporting platforms
Why Join TouchCare?
Career Acceleration
This is a strong opportunity for someone looking to grow quickly within a scaling organization and gain meaningful exposure to executive leadership and strategic decision-making.
High-Growth Builder Environment
Join a company entering an exciting growth phase where finance is becoming increasingly strategic to the organization. Your work will directly influence operational and business decisions.
Visibility & Impact
You will work closely with leadership across Finance, Operations, Sales, and Marketing while helping build scalable reporting and planning infrastructure.
Entrepreneurial Culture
We value ambitious, collaborative team members who enjoy solving problems, building processes, and operating with a high degree of ownership.
What We Offer
  • Competitive base salary commensurate with experience
