RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is looking for a remote Senior Analytics Manager to support increased project volume workflow. The ideal candidate will help leverage AI data solutions to enhance project deliverables for strategic client needs. This role will help drive business solutions forward.
REQUIREMENTS:
Experience:
Approximately 7+ years of:
* Client-facing technical consulting
* Data analytics/BI/data engineering leadership
* Leading projects from discovery through delivery
* Technical Background
Strong understanding of:
* AI and machine learning applications
* Snowflake
* Data engineering
* Data analytics
* Predictive analytics
* Streamlit
* Power BI
* Tableau
* Modern AI tools (Claude and related AI platforms)
Client-Facing Skills:
Must be able to:
* Translate business problems into technical solutions
* Lead delivery teams
* Guide solution design
* Manage project execution
* Support business development conversations when needed
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
