Essential functions and responsibilities:

  • Works with sales management to develop and execute on the strategic territory business plan
  • Builds and maintains a strong pipeline of qualified leads by making cold calls and conducting site visits
  • Sets up meetings with prospects and moves them through client experience
  • Leverages the expertise of senior members of the sales and operations teams
  • Logs all sales activity in the CRM (Salesforce)
  • Collaborates with the sales teams in other regions to discuss strategy and share insights

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in B2B outside sales, preferably within the staffing industry
  • Candidates must live in the Central Valley market
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Compensation:
