Premier, multi-disciplinary staffing firm providing top-tier technical and mechanical personnel to the petrochemical, energy, and industrial sectors since 1999. We pride ourselves on safety, reliability, and delivering "on-time" staffing solutions, from project-based to direct-hire. We are looking for a driven, results-oriented Business Developer to grow our footprint in the Gulf Coast region.

What You Will Do (Responsibilities)
As a Staffing Business Developer, you will manage the full sales cycle—from prospecting to account management—to expand our market presence.

  • Hunt & Prospect: Identify and secure new business opportunities in industrial and technical sectors through cold calling, LinkedIn, and networking.
  • Strategic Growth: Develop and implement strategic plans to expand our customer base in the petrochemical, energy, and mechanical industries.
  • Consultative Selling: Evaluate client needs to provide tailored staffing solutions (temporary, temp-to-hire, direct-hire).
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain lasting relationships with Hiring Managers, Procurement, and HR professionals.
  • Proposal Presentation: Present tailored sales proposals and negotiate contracts.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify potential risks and opportunities.

Requirements
