As an LCSW at Blue Ribbon Social Work, your responsibilities will include:

• Providing one-on-one psychotherapy to individuals facing mental health challenges related to substance abuse disorders.
• Conducting thorough assessments to understand client needs and developing personalized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices.
• Utilizing therapeutic interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to enhance treatment outcomes.
• Maintaining meticulous clinical records in compliance with state regulations and organizational standards.
• Collaborating closely with a multidisciplinary treatment team to ensure holistic and coordinated care for each patient.
• Educating patients and their families about mental health and substance abuse resources, empowering them to actively participate in their recovery.
• Staying current with the latest research and integrating new methodologies into practice to optimize patient care.
• Managing a full caseload effectively while meeting established treatment goals and adhering to ethical standards.

You will serve a diverse population of patients, primarily those dealing with substance abuse and co-occurring mental health disorders. To be considered for this position, candidates must possess the following:

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• A valid LCSW license in the state of Pennsylvania.
