Key Responsibilities

Your primary duties as an LCSW will involve:

• Providing psychotherapy to individuals grappling with mental health conundrums within the scope of substance abuse treatment.
• Conducting thorough assessments and formulating personalized treatment plans that utilize best practices and solution-based methodologies.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should meet the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• A valid LCSW license in the state of Texas.
• A minimum of 1 year of clinical experience in treating substance abuse cases.
• Proficiency in solution-based interventions and therapeutic modalities.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Experience

While the minimum requirement is 1 year of clinical experience, candidates with additional experience in substance abuse therapy are preferred. Familiarity with community mental health resources and a passion for ongoing personal and professional development will be advantageous.
