Job Description

The Senior Technical Project/Program Manager leads complex, technology-driven projects and initiatives from planning through delivery, release, and post-implementation transition.
This role is responsible for and equally accountable for the successful completion of one or more related projects or initiatives by coordinating team efforts, managing schedules, milestones, budgets, risks, dependencies, and aligning stakeholders. This position facilitates Agile delivery by overseeing governance, delivery planning, cross-team coordination, and ensuring clear and transparent visibility into project or initiative health. The PM serves as the primary point of contact for all matters concerning the project.

  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery ofdigitaltechnology initiatives by developing and managing integrated project plans, schedules, milestones, roadmaps, and release timelines.
  • Coordinate cross-functional efforts across Agile teams, engineering, product, business stakeholders, vendors, and enterprise programs to ensure successful delivery outcomes.
  • Maintain sufficient technical and product knowledge toanticipatedelivery risks, support tradeoff discussions, and help resolve technical blockers and dependencies.
  • Identify, assess, track, and manage project risks, issues, assumptions, dependencies, and decisions, ensuringtimelyescalation and resolution when needed.
  • Ensure alignment with organizational governance standards, delivery methodologies, compliance requirements, and quality expectations.
  • Manage project resources, capacity planning, team allocations, and delivery constraints while supportingaccurateforecasting and execution planning.
  • Track and oversee project budgets, financial forecasts, vendor commitments, and resource impacts, providing visibility into factors affecting scope, timeline, and business outcomes.
  • Build andmaintaineffective relationships with business leaders, product teams, technology partners, architects, vendors, and other key stakeholders.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for project communications, status reporting, risk management, escalations, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Translate complex technical delivery information into clear, actionable updates for business partners and executive leadership.
  • Support Agile delivery practices through PI planning, sprint and release coordination, dependency management, and cross-team execution oversight.
  • Coordinatereleasereadiness activities, approvals, implementation planning, change management, and transition to production support.
  • Monitor delivery performance, quality, scope, schedule adherence, and issue trends to promote predictable and high-quality outcomes.
  • Contribute to program-level initiatives and continuous improvement efforts by enhancing delivery practices, governance processes, dependency management, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree or advanced degree (whererequired)
  • 5+ years of experience in relatedfield.
  • In lieu of degree, 7+ years of experience in related field.
