  • Educate prospects on ShipHawk's WMS and shipping software solutions
  • Track all activity and pipeline in Salesforce
  • Test new messaging, sequences, and outbound strategies-then scale what works
  • Represent ShipHawk at trade shows, events, and networking opportunities as needed
What We're Looking For
  • 3+ years of experience as an SDR, BDR, or MDR in a high-growth environment
  • Proven track record of hitting or exceeding activity and pipeline targets
  • Strong outbound prospecting skills and comfort with high-volume outreach
  • Excellent communication skills-both written and verbal
  • Highly motivated, competitive, and results-driven
  • Curious mindset with a strong desire to learn and improve
  • Ability to operate independently while collaborating across teams
  • Experience in B2B SaaS or software sales strongly preferred

  • Strong product-market fit in a growing logistics space
  • Equity upside with planned exit trajectory
Compensation & Benefits
  • On-Target Earnings (OTE): $80,000 -$120,000 (includes commission) - based on experience
  • Equity in a high-growth company
  • Flexible PTO and work environment
  • Comprehensive health benefits
