SPORTSPLEX ASSISTANT
Division: Athletics Department: Bowling Experience: Entry-level
Job Code: NA Supervisor/Reports To: Amber Lemke / Andrew Dekowski
Start Date: 8/24/2026
Support daily operations of the Sportsplex by assisting with program needs and maintaining a clean, well-kept facility. Provide excellent customer service, monitor activities for safety, and help ensure smooth coordination with teams and visitors. Ideal for students interested in learning how facility operations work.
Responsibilities and Career competencies:
  1. Communicate with high schools regarding practice schedules in the Sportsplex - C, TW, P, CT
  2. Coordinate with coaches about operational needs in their respective areas - C, P
  3. Complete daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning duties to maintain the facility - P, CSD
  4. Monitor activities within the Sportsplex to promote safety and proper use - P, CT
  5. Demonstrate attention to detail in all tasks - P, CT
  6. Exhibit organizational, problem-solving, and time-management skills - CT, P, CSD
  7. Perform other duties as assigned - P, TW
