Job description

THE JOHN GORE ORGANIZATION is the leading presenter, distributor, and marketer of Broadway theatre worldwide. Summary
To maximize sales, this position will support national and local Sponsorship Sales, overseeing the fulfillment of local, regional, and national accounts by ensuring the delivery of contractual elements and providing excellent customer service.
Duties and Responsibilities
  • Assist in maintenance of local and national accounts
  • Assist in maintaining strong client relationships by providing excellent customer service
  • Assist with sponsor ticketing needs
  • Assist with creating and developing sales presentations for potential new business
  • Participate in applicable meetings and calls
  • Assist in proof of performance recap process
  • Assist in national proof of performance recaps following the established national guidelines
  • Assist with large sponsor national accounts. Works with local Box Offices in multiple markets to determine availability and purchase tickets. Communicates, trains, and distributes all tickets to sponsors. Serves as a liaison for all show copy and marketing materials. Maintains on-going communication with sponsors regarding all performances and retains all in-house ticket and delivery records.
  • Maintains both local and national barter logs, files reports monthly.
  • Assist with Sponsorship events- coordinating venue space, acting as a liaison for catering, concessions, merchandise, and entertainment, and providing direct one on one event coordination for all sponsors.
  • Additional responsibilities will include providing assistance to the VP Corporate Partnerships and the Senior Director of Corporate Partnerships with developing capabilities presentations, drafting contract documents, conducting research, lead generation, placing wholesale merchandise orders, etc.
  • Events, opening nights and other client activities may occur outside normal business hours.
  • Some travel may be necessary.
