Job description

Summary/Objective
The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for the direct communication of sales strategies, designed to demonstrate the features and benefits of services and products, to new and existing customers.
Essential Functions

  • Serve as the primary point of contact to determine customer requirements and fulfillment plan.
  • Communicate with Tech Sales & Sourcing, Account Coordinator, and Sales Support department to generate accurate quotes, establish terms and conditions, and ensure contractual obligations are met.
  • Develop opportunities to increase sales revenue to meet forecast targets via shipments, bookings, gross profit, and new business
  • Collaborate with Regional Sales Manager on account and territory planning, and price negotiation.
  • Handle prospect activity such as proactive calls, web lead follow-up, and quote disposition analysis.
  • Enter all sales related activity into CRM (E21).
  • Build knowledge of new products, services, and sales related items on continual basis.
